Web design & photography — Maremma, Tuscany
There are two of us: an art director and a developer. We design, photograph and build the website for your agriturismo or restaurant — bookings, payments and orders included. No templates, no commission to anyone.
Why us
An agriturismo sells itself at six in the evening, in the sound of gravel underfoot and a plate arriving at the table. No €49 template will ever tell that story.
We come to you, photograph the place properly, and build a site that deserves it — fast, in three languages, with a booking engine that puts the money in your account instead of the OTAs’.
Every booking that comes through your own site is a 15–18% commission you are not paying to Booking.com.
No agency with six departments. You talk to the two people who draw the pages and write the code.
The shoot is part of the project. It is half the work, not an extra to postpone.
What we do
From the first idea to a site you can update yourself on a Tuesday morning.
Logo, palette, type, tone of voice. Every page drawn on paper first, then in pixels.
The site built to measure, with everything inside it you need to book, order and get paid.
We come to the place. Rooms, plates, vines, people. With a drone when the place earns it.
Updates, backups, security, and a person who picks up the phone when you need one.
Connected tools
We don’t hand you a brochure. We hand you a machine that works while you’re in the kitchen.
Rooms, apartments, pitches
Live availability, seasonal rates, minimum stays, instant confirmation.
Synced with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia. One calendar, never an overbooking.
Deposit on booking, balance on arrival or charged automatically 7 days before.
The weekend given at Christmas — sold from your site, redeemed with a code.
Dining room, kitchen, takeaway
Covers, sittings, rooms. SMS confirmation and a reminder that halves no-shows.
QR on the table, allergens, translations, prices you change yourself in thirty seconds.
Collection and delivery, with time slots and a cap on orders per sitting.
For the poolside aperitivo or the beach kiosk: order and pay from the phone.
Products, experiences, people
Wine, oil, preserves. Shipping, VAT, couriers and stock all wired together.
Tastings, cooking classes, rides out. Limited places, paid up front.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, bank transfer, PayPal. Money in your account.
Guests who have already stayed come back — if you remind them at the right moment.
We plug into the tools you already use

Otto camere
dentro il parco.

Agriturismo · 8 rooms · Alberese (GR)
A farm inside the Maremma national park living 80% off Booking.com. Now 45% of nights come straight from the site.

Dal 1974 · Grosseto
Cucina di Maremma.
Trattoria · 60 covers · Grosseto
Reservations taken by ear in a notebook, with the phone ringing through service. Not any more.

Morellino, dal 1968.
Winery & relais · Scansano (GR)
Morellino, oil and six rooms. Three different businesses that had to share one site without fighting.
Packages
Three starting points. The final quote comes after we’ve seen the place and understood what you actually need — but it doesn’t stray far from these.
For starting out, or starting again.
3–4 weeks
What’s included
For agriturismi and restaurants that want the site to earn.
5–7 weeks
What’s included
For those running several businesses under one name.
8–12 weeks
What’s included
A 30% launch discount, already applied to every package.
Prices exclude VAT. Paid in three parts: 40% to start, 30% on design approval, 30% at launch.
For the third sector
A complete, working website for registered charities and volunteer associations — at cost, because a good cause deserves to be found too.
Ask about the non-profit priceWhat’s included
Reserved for registered non-profits (ODV, APS, ONLUS). One website per organisation, VAT excluded.
Several properties, a back-office to connect, a guest area, an app. If what you have in mind doesn’t fit the three columns above, call us and we’ll talk it through, no obligation.
Photography
70% of the people landing on your site decide by looking at the photographs, not by reading the words. That’s why the shoot isn’t an extra: it’s inside every package.
We arrive the afternoon before, walk the place with you, and decide together what is actually worth telling. Then we work at dawn and at dusk, because that’s when the Maremma does its job.
You leave with an archive of 60–120 retouched frames, cropped vertical and horizontal, ready for the site, for Instagram and for Booking. The photographs are yours, forever, with no usage limits.

Controlled wide angle, straight verticals, natural light. Rooms that look like the real ones, on their best day.
The plate shot as it leaves the kitchen, not after twenty minutes on a set. You can tell the difference.
The farm from above, the vine rows, the sea on the horizon. Certified pilot, permits in order.
Hands in the dough, the buttero, the harvest. These are the photographs that get bookings — not empty rooms.
A 60–90 second story for the site, cut vertical for social.
60–120 retouched frames within 10 days, web-optimised JPEGs plus high-resolution originals.
How we work
We come to you for half a day. We look at the place, talk to the people who work it, work out who your guests are. Free and without obligation, if you’re in Tuscany.
Structure, words and the design of every page. You see a clickable prototype before we write a line of code: if something is wrong, that’s where we fix it.
Development, the shoot, wiring up booking and payments. You watch the site grow on a staging address, week by week.
We go live, teach you the CMS in an afternoon, and stay reachable. The site is yours, and so is the code.
Studio
No account manager, no departments, nothing subcontracted to Bangalore. The two people below are the same ones who answer the phone, draw the pages and write the code.

Art director & photographer
Iranian, he came to photography through music: classically trained as a composer at the Santa Cecilia conservatory in Rome, he spent years building atmospheres for theatre and live performance. Living between Tuscany and Germany, he brings the same ear — for rhythm, light and story — to art direction and to the camera. He photographs the way he composes: starting from the mood.

Developer & integrations
A theoretical physicist by training, he spent years modelling complex, disordered systems before bringing the same habit of mind to code. He writes the site’s software, wires up the booking engines and payments, and makes sure it all holds under load. A booking system bolted onto a website, to him, isn’t so different from a system of many particles that have to work together.
No closed platforms. If one day you want a different studio, you take everything with you without asking anyone’s permission.
The quote is the quote. If something grows mid-project, we tell you before we do it, not at the end.
From Grosseto we reach anywhere in the Maremma in under an hour. We always do the first visit in person.
Questions
From 3–4 weeks for the Essential package to 8–12 for the Estate one. The timeline almost always depends on how fast your words and your yeses reach us — we hit the date.
No. We connect to whatever you already run (Octorate, Smoobu, Scidoo, Krossbooking and the like). If you don’t have one, we’ll recommend one that fits your size and set it up for you.
No — and we’d rather you didn’t. Half a day of photography is included even in the smallest package. If you have shots of your own that you like, we’ll happily use them alongside ours.
You do, for words, prices and photos: the CMS takes an afternoon to learn and we teach you. For everything else there’s the care plan at €90 a month, cancellable whenever you like.
Never. The site is yours and every booking through it is 100% yours. The only fee is the card processor’s (Stripe, around 1.5%), and that goes to them, not to us.
The free first visit is anywhere in Tuscany. We’re glad to work further afield, but travel for the visit and the shoot goes into the quote.
Contact
One message, two lines on what you need. We answer within one working day — and if you’re in Tuscany, the first visit is free and without obligation.
We answer within one working day. If you’re in a hurry, just call.
